Please let me explain the designations and how they benefit my Clients.

 I am a member in good standings with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR), and Hampton Roads Real Estate Association (HRRA). I am a founding Member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, CLHMS, the Seniors Real Estate Council, SRES and the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council, REBAC, I also hold these advanced certifications:

- Associate Broker - This advanced state license requires an additional 3 years of sales experience and education, as well as passing a more extensive licensing exam. Choosing to work with an agent who has obtained a broker’s license means you are getting a more educated and experienced agent.

- Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) - This certification, endorsed by the National Association of Realtors, is obtained after completing additional training and education in representing buyer clients and their best interest in negotiations -- not only in price, but terms and other important details that help benefit the buyer clients.

- Internet Marketing Professional (e-Pro) - This advanced certification, endorsed by the National Association of Realtors, requires an advanced understanding of the Internet empowered consumer. This certification keeps me on the cutting edge of technology and benefits my clients immensely.

- Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) - SRES designees demonstrate requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel Senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling a home. It is the only designation and marketing program specifically designed to serve Senior property owners.

- Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) - Institute for Luxury Home Marketing members have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market by meeting strict performance requirements. Choose an agent with the CLHMS designation and you know he or she has a solid track record of helping affluent clients achieve their real estate goals.

- Member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame & 100% Club - The True Million Dollar Club! These are the elite agents within the RE/MAX organization nationally. You will benefit from my experiences and the referrals I have nurtured over the years of networking with other successful agents around the country.

- Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA) - Ranked in the top 5% of agents achieving the “Circle of Excellence” Gold Level and the 10 Year Longevity Award for continuous top production.
